Velise is a marketplace, not a fleet. Every vehicle a customer sees on the platform belongs to a private operator who applied and was approved. If you run a chauffeur business in the GTA, here's what the application looks like.
The format
Eighteen questions, asked in a chat. Not a form. An AI walks you through the application one question at a time, in plain English, validating as it goes. The questions cover company name, description, contact phone, business email, password, service area, response time, social handles, fleet size, each vehicle's make/model/year/category/rate/minimum, and your driver's name and phone. If you have multiple vehicles or drivers, the chat asks how many up front and adapts the rest of the conversation accordingly.
Resume, anytime
The application takes about ten minutes if you're focused. If you stop midway, you can resume from a different device. Enter the email you started with, get a six-digit SMS code, and you're back where you left off. Drafts persist for thirty days.

After approval
After approval, you receive an email with two CTAs: connect your bank to Stripe (so you can be paid out — 90% of every fare, settled within 48 hours), and open the operator playbook (a short, scannable guide to standards, dispatch flow, and how the platform expects you to run).
