How you earn

· 2% cashback on rides over $600 (hourly bookings count too if the total clears the threshold)

· 25% credit if you cancel once your chauffeur is en route (paired with a 25% cash refund)

· 25% credit if your operator cancels 2–24 hours before a scheduled pickup

· 50% credit if your operator cancels under 2 hours before a scheduled pickup

· 50% credit if your operator cancels after the chauffeur is en route on an instant booking

· 75% credit if your chauffeur breaches ride integrity (per refund policy §9)

· 100% credit if your operator no-shows

· 100% credit if your operator cancels after the scheduled pickup time has passed
