Honda Indy Toronto
July 17 – 19, 2026
About
A street circuit IndyCar race held at Exhibition Place since 1986. The 2.87-kilometre circuit weaves through the CNE grounds and along Lakeshore Boulevard. The cars hit 290 km/h on the front straight before pitching into a 90-degree right at Turn 1.
The only major IndyCar race in Canada. NTT IndyCar Series is the second-tier of open-wheel after F1, but the on-track action — door-to-door, contact, late braking — is often better.
When
Practice (Friday July 17, all day). Qualifying (Saturday July 18, afternoon). RACE DAY — Sunday July 19, green flag at 3pm sharp.
Where
Exhibition Place, 100 Princes' Blvd, Toronto
Exhibition Place · Lakeshore

- 02Turn 1 is the best overtaking corner — sit there if you want side-by-side moments
- 03Saturday morning pit walk gets you onto the track itself — 9am, free with general admission
- 04Reserve your ride home — rideshares are nuts after the race, locals walk to King St for drinks first
- 05The CNE grounds backdrop makes for incredible photos — Lake Shore straight at sunset, Friday/Saturday
